Patraillia Davis Bryant is the Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner and executive leadership team at Aligned Generation. Patraillia has over 15 years of experience in executive cross-functional support roles from various industries, including college football athletics, global transaction advisory, private equity, architectural design, creative marketing, and healthcare.

Patraillia drives alignment and supports the team’s day-to-day operations leading and ensuring the team runs elegantly on all operational business plans, objectives, and strategic advisory to the company-wide agenda.

Patraillia holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies: Art History and History with a minor in Architectural Studies from The Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University.
